Gulf Coast Equality Fest is looking for volunteers to help on event day which is October 19, 2024.  We will need help with setting up, taking down, assisting vendors unload/load their merchandise, being runners, and general help around the festival area.  We will have morning, midday, and afternoon shifts available.  We will need the most help in the morning during the vendor check in process.

If you would like to volunteer, please fill out the application below.  All volunteers will be required to sign an accident waiver and release of liability form.  Anyone under the age of 18 will also need to have their parents sign a permission slip to participate.  All volunteers will receive a Gulf Coast Equality Fest T-Shirts as a thank you for taking part. 

 

Be sure to fill in each box completely and press "Submit" when done. Volunteer spots will be limited, so be sure to sign up early.  Gulf Coast Equality Fest reserves the right to approve or deny any application to be a volunteer submitted.

SHIFT TIMES:

Morning - 6 AM to 11 AM

Midday - 10 AM to 2 PM

Afternoon 2 PM - Teardown
