Vendor Application

We do already have the follow product vendors registered:  Paparazzi, Pink Zebra, Wink Naturals, Norwex, Origami Owl, Pawtree, Style Life, Yoni, and CBD products.




All vendor booth fees are due when you submit the vendor application online.

By submitting this vendor application to Gulf Coast Equality Council and Gulf Coast Equality Fest you, as the vendor, agree to the following:

I have read the vendors rules listed on our website and agree to them.

Set up for vendors is from 9 am to 11 am.  All booths must be finished by 11 am and must stay set up till the festival ends at 6 pm.  


All vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax by the State of Mississippi.  Any questions about sales tax, please contact the Mississippi Department of Revenue.  

*Gulf Coast Equality Council and Gulf Coast Equality Fest will be following all social distancing procedures as required by the local, state, and federal government  A full refund of vendor fees will be available, upon request, to all vendors if Gulf Coast Equality Fest has to be canceled due to COVID-19.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (the vendor) shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, the Gulf Coast Equality Council, Gulf Coast Equality Fest, City of Biloxi, Harrah's Gulf Coast, Scarlet Pearl Casino, volunteers, or anyone acting upon their behalf. This applies to all claims, actions, suits, causes of action, or demands which arise or are in any way connected with the acts or omissions of you, your employees, directors, officials, agents, volunteers, or persons acting on your behalf. We also will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen materials caused by weather, elements of nature (e.g. fire or rain), or theft.
