Vendor Application

  • All vendor applications are subject to approval by Gulf Coast Equality Fest.                                            

  • Below you will find the vendor registration form and vendor fee payment  buttons.                                                                                                                                   

  • All vendor fees are due when you submit your application or it will not be processed and your spot will not be reserved.                                                                                                                                                        

  • Be sure to fill out the application first and press submit at the bottom of it before making your vendor payment.                                                                                                                                                                                    

  • You will be sent an email confirmation when your application has been processed.                                   

  • Multi-level Marketing Companies:  The following companies have a representative already registered as a vendor for the festival - None at this time.                                                                           

  • Food Vendors: To keep from having too many duplicate items, please drop up a message before registering letting us know what you will be selling. This is to be sure your item hasn't been filled yet.  - john@gcequality.org

By submitting this vendor application to Gulf Coast Equality Fest you, as the vendor, agree to the following:   

                                                 

  • All vendors agree to the posted rules and policies of the event.                                                                                       

  • All vendors are responsible for collecting Mississippi sales tax (7 percent) by the State of Mississippi and turning it in at the end of the festival to Gulf Coast Equality Fest.

  • We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen materials caused by weather, elements of nature (e.g., fire or rain), or theft.

 

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (the vendor) shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Gulf Coast Equality, Gulf Coast Equality Fest, Harrah's Gulf Coast, Scarlet Pearl Casino, Gulf Coast Equality Fest volunteers, entertainment, or anyone acting upon their behalf. This applies to all claims, actions, suits, causes of action, or demands which arise or are in any way connected with the acts or omissions of you, your employees, directors, officials, agents, volunteers, or persons acting on your behalf.
